Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and become confirmed only after you receive a confirmation by email, phone, or WhatsApp from BKD Driver.
- Please provide accurate pickup and destination information.
- Any changes should be requested as early as possible.
- BKD Driver reserves the right to refuse bookings where necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Fixed prices are confirmed before your journey.
- Website prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated.
- Additional waiting time or route changes may incur extra charges.
- Payment methods will be confirmed during booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms
- More than 48 hours: Free cancellation.
- 24–48 hours: Up to 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: Full booking charge may apply.
- No-show: Full journey cost applies.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email or phone as soon as possible.
Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight arrival.
- Standard pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
- Additional waiting time may be charged.
- Flight arrivals are monitored to help accommodate delays whenever possible.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seat belts where required by law.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for personal belongings.
- Damage caused to vehicles may result in repair charges.
- Child seats are available upon request during booking.
Liability
BKD Driver is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should allow sufficient travel time, particularly when travelling to airports, ports or train stations.
Lost Property
Items left inside our vehicles will be retained for a reasonable period. Please contact us promptly to arrange collection.
