Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp from BKD Driver.
- Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
- Any changes should be requested as early as possible.
- BKD Driver reserves the right to refuse bookings when necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€). Fixed prices are confirmed before your trip.
- Prices listed on the website are starting prices unless otherwise noted.
- Additional waiting time or route changes may result in extra charges.
- Payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours: Free cancellation.
- 24–48 hours: Up to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: The full booking fee may apply.
- No-show: The full cost of the trip applies.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email or phone as soon as possible.
Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight arrives.
- Standard pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
- Additional waiting time may be charged.
- Flight arrivals are monitored to help accommodate delays whenever possible.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seat belts where required by law.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Damage to vehicles may result in repair charges.
- Child seats are available upon request when making a reservation.
Liability
BKD Driver is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should allow plenty of time for their trip, especially when traveling to airports, ports, or train stations.
Lost and Found
Items left inside our vehicles will be held for a reasonable period of time. Please contact us promptly to arrange for pickup.
